When will I receive my feedback?
You’ll receive your written Resume Review feedback by email within three business days, or within one business day if you select the Expedited Review add-on. Your Interview Rehearsal can be scheduled as soon as five business days out, or within two business days with the Expedited Scheduling add-on.
How will I receive my review and session materials?
Your Resume Review feedback will be sent directly to your email. After your Interview Rehearsal, you’ll receive written follow-up notes summarizing your strengths, improvement areas, and next steps. If you select the Recording + Transcript upgrade, you’ll also receive a full replay with time-stamped insights.
Do both services include written feedback?
Yes. The Resume Review includes detailed written feedback, and the Interview Rehearsal includes written follow-up notes. Both are delivered by email within three business days.
Can I ask follow-up questions after receiving my feedback?
You’re encouraged to apply your feedback right away. If you’d like additional guidance, you can book a Bonus 30-Minute 1:1 Coaching Session or another Interview Rehearsal for continued development.
What if I need to reschedule my interview session?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. No shows and sessions missed without notice are considered completed and are not eligible for refund.
What if I want another round of feedback or rehearsals after making improvements?
You can book an additional Resume Review or Interview Rehearsal at any time to receive updated feedback tailored to your latest revisions and progress.
